My name is Miles Roman and I have been working at Hopeworks for the past year and a half. I started at Hopeworks as a trainee and worked my onto the production team. Now, I work on different clients sites. This includes maintenance, deciding where to put the details, and following specific orders from the clients.  At first I was skeptical about working on websites because I knew that my skills needed improvement.  However, I have stayed with it and worked hard to improve my skills.  Now, I’m enjoying what I do. 

Currently, I work at Hopeworks three days a week.  I only work three days a week because I began a new job at the beginning of January . I currently have an internship at a very prestigious company, Auto Resources International.  I work there every Monday and Wednesday from 8:30AM until 4:00PM.  I have an important job to do there: my job is to take care of different but very important tags and titles. The job is unique because all I do is take care of titles.  For example, a person delivers the titles to me and I’m the one who enters the title into the computer system. I type in the VIN and state in which the vehicle is registered. Next, I check the information on the screen to make sure it matches the information on the titles.  If the information matches, I write the client’s code and the vehicle code on the title.  In one day, I complete about 150 titles.  

I’m glad to be working at Hopeworks and ARI. The jobs give me the opportunity to gain more knowledge and increase my skills.  I strongly suggest that everyone continuously try to reach higher and become more successful.  I did and could not be happier!
